In September 2014, ArtBuild Hotel Management signed a contract for the use of the Best Western Plus brand for a hotel in Lviv, and in October of the same year signed an agreement for managing the Best Western Plus Market Square Hotel in Lviv, Ukraine.

Now the facility is at the final stage of reconstruction / construction and equipping (FF & E). ArtBuild Hotel Management specialists in cooperation with the ArtBuild Hotel Group developed for this project the concept, hotel technology, design concept of interiors, and also prepared a financial and economic model. Now ABHM and ABHG are involved in the construction support, as well as managing the procurement and equipment of the hotel.
